Refund policy
Last updated: 2026-10-01
Refunds are handled by Paddle, which processes our payments. You can request one from the receipt you got by email or at paddle.net. If a payment is fully refunded, the access it paid for ends.
1. Who handles refunds
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. That's why refunds are also handled by Paddle, which returns the money to the same payment method you used.
To request one, use the link in the receipt you got by email or go to paddle.net with the email you paid with. You can also write to us at contacto@practicetopik.com and we'll help.
2. When a refund applies
Paddle's refund policy applies: Paddle may refund requests made within 14 days of the purchase. It decides case by case, takes into account how much was used, and a refund is not guaranteed.
You also have the rights your country's law gives you. If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase, but that right is lost once you start using the digital content after agreeing to it at checkout.
3. Subscriptions
You can cancel anytime from My account, under “Manage subscription”. You won't be charged again and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Canceling doesn't refund the current period. If you want a refund, request it as explained above.
4. 7-day pass
It's a one-time payment: it doesn't renew and there's nothing to cancel. Access ends 7 days after payment.
5. What happens to your access
If a payment is fully refunded, or reversed through a dispute with your bank, the access it paid for ends: a 7-day pass is closed and a subscription is canceled.
A partial refund doesn't change your access.
6. Before you buy
You can try for free, with no account, the first 3 sets of every level and the first 2 rounds of every mock exam. Start here.
