1. What Practice TOPIK is

Practice TOPIK is an independent service that gathers TOPIK exam dates, test centers, academies and practice material for Spanish, English, Portuguese and Hindi speakers. Part of it is free (dates, test centers, academies, calculator, sets 1 to 3 of every level, rounds 1 and 2 of every mock exam, and the answer sheets for official exams) and the rest of the practice material is paid.

2. Unofficial service

Practice TOPIK is NOT an official site and has no relationship, affiliation or endorsement from NIIED (Korea's National Institute for International Education), the Korean Ministry of Education, or topik.go.kr. “TOPIK” is a mark of its respective owners and is used only to identify the exam.

3. Informational nature of dates and centers

Exam dates, registration periods, test centers and academies are compiled manually from public announcements by official sources (Korean education institutes, embassies, universities). Each entry links to its source.

This information may contain errors, become outdated, or change without notice at the discretion of the official bodies. ALWAYS verify on your country's official site before registering, paying or travelling. Practice TOPIK is not liable for missed registrations, expenses or any loss arising from relying solely on this site.

4. Practice material and calculator

The mock exams and practice items are ORIGINAL material created by Practice TOPIK. They are not real or leaked official exam questions, and no similarity to future exams is guaranteed.

Automatic scores and the level calculator are rough estimates: they do not predict your official result. Writing sections that require human grading are not scored automatically.

5. Account

To save your progress or to buy, you need an account, which you create with your email: you sign in with a link or a code we send you, with no password. You are responsible for access to your email. The account is personal: don't share access to it.

You can delete your account at any time in My account: your email, your practice history and your access records are deleted. If you have a subscription that renews, cancel it first; deleting the account ends any paid access you have left.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

Prices are shown in US dollars. The final amount, including any taxes that apply in your country, appears in the payment window before you pay.

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. By buying, you also accept Paddle's buyer terms; Paddle issues the invoice and handles the charges.

7-day pass: gives you access to all paid material for 7 days from when your payment is confirmed. It's a one-time payment: it doesn't renew and you won't be charged again.

Monthly or yearly subscription: gives you access to all paid material while it is active. It renews automatically at the end of each period for the same amount unless you cancel it. You can cancel anytime from “Manage subscription” in My account; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If we change the price, we will tell you before your next renewal.

If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, by asking for immediate access to digital content you accept that the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once access begins, to the extent the law allows.

Refunds are handled by Paddle under its refund policy and the applicable law: you can request one from the link in your receipt or at paddle.net. If a payment is refunded in full or reversed through a dispute with your bank, the access it paid for ends: a 7-day pass is closed and a subscription is canceled. A partial refund doesn't change your access. If you have a problem with a purchase, write to us.

7. Intellectual property

The original content of this site (practice questions, texts, audio and code) belongs to Practice TOPIK. You may use it for personal, non-commercial study. Copying, redistributing, selling, or using it to train third-party products or services without written permission is not allowed.

Trademarks, names and content of the cited official sources belong to their owners.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activities, attempt to breach its security, or perform bulk/automated extraction (scraping) that degrades the service.

9. No warranties & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Practice TOPIK shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that the law of your country of residence grants you mandatorily.

10. External links

The site links to official pages, maps and other third-party resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the user's country of residence.
